Mission Statement

Karen Gauci holds two different Gemmological degrees and adheres to the high ethical standards of both those issuing organizations as well as her personal ethics which she applies directly to her professional career.

Karen’s governing principles include:

• Providing extraordinary service to her customers through a mixture of attention, detail, and strict adherence to accepted grading and evaluation guidelines.
• Support of her customers by providing a solid and fair price for extraordinary performance and service.
• Continued advancement of Gemmology both within the industry and the public through sponsorship and education of Gemmological interests.

• Vigilant efforts to elevate the professional status of Gemmologists and Gemmology through her actions.
