What makes my appraisals unique is the fact I have found an answer to the age old question you get when showing someone my appraisal, “How do I know that this document is real and unaltered?” Most Gemmologists and even well established businesses are unable to provide a reasonable response. My solution is my new Web Verification system.

Every appraisal I issue now has a “Web Verification Code”. By using this code at this website you can pull up all the details of your particular appraisal right from an interactive database. This is not just some image of the actual appraisal; it has all the details laid out in an easy to use interface, but is different from the layout of the appraisal. For security reasons things like your name and address are not included in our online database so it cannot be displayed. This is a custom designed solution that no one else has, not even the major diamond certification services. Custom programmed just for my appraisals, and an added feature that my clients, insurance brokers, jewellers and more just love.

Now your insurance agent can see the value of your jewellery, or someone you’re selling an item to in person or on the other side of the world. All you have to do is supply them with the Web Verification Code, they apply for client acount and then they call see the details online. Your information is secure since no personal information about you is included in the online database, just the details about the actual appraisal:  another innovation that makes my appraisals special and unique.
